A classic, and luxurious example of an original vintage Herman Miller Eames ES104 Time Life executive Lobby Office chair, complete in gorgeous black leather. As a vintage model, this 80s office chair has excellent, sumptuous padded leather, making it the perfect classic, and comfortable, executive office chair!

This was the first iteration of the iconic Lobby Chair which saw the stylish design later echoed in the more commonly found 3474 desk chair that adorned many of the offices of the Time-Life building. The popularity of the chair saw it see a constant production from its conception due to its regal definition and extremely comfortable seating position. This original ES104 Time-Life Office chair is in very good condition, with some signs of use consistent with its vintage age. The leather does show some small signs of age than in the picture, so further images of the condition are available upon request.

The 4-star contract base is perfect and it still has all of its feet. The condition of the chair suggests that this is an older model, manufactured around the 80s.

The manual height adjustment and tilt function still work perfectly. The Eames range, no matter what it is, always catch the eye of many investors and collectors, but certain factors always help raise interest further; colour, condition, age and originality are amongst these contributing factors.
