Edwardian Oak & Brown Leather Revolving Hillcrest Office Desk Chair circa 1910. Here is a good quality antique English Edwardian oak revolving office armchair.
It features a Hillcrest mechanism. The chair features a curved bar back, connected to wrap around arms, supported by an elegant splayed vertical fan back. The chair has a lovely brown leather seat, which is very soft, finished with brass studs to the perimeter.
The chair is extremely comfortable to sit on as it features a lovely padded seat. The chair is in a good antique condition with lovely original patina. The arms have antique aged related ware (only adds to the charm of the chair).
Slight ware to the wood see photo 10 (this doesn't detract from the beauty of the chair). External height (lowered) 83.7cm. Seat height (raised) 50.5cm.Seat height (lowered) 43.5cm. Arm height (from seat) 23.5cm.
