Stoll Giroflex Leather Swivel Chair by Karl Dittert Office, Boardroom, Meeting, Condition is "Used". A very comfortable classic Giroflex chair with beige leather and teakwood finish to the plywood backrest and seat squab shells. I have owned this chair for nearly 30 years but dont have a use for it anymore. The leather is in overall good condition with no splits or cracks to the backrest or seat squab. It is showing signs of age and use but this just adds to the patina. There is a small mark to the leather on the top right of the backrest. The armrests are showing signs of use and there is a very small split near one of the seams , I have tried to show this on the photos. (See photos) The leather has always been fed regularly and is supple. The wood shells are in good condition with signs of wear and a few chips to the front corners where they have caught on various desks over the years of use. The polished aluminium base frame and armrest supports are in good condition and polish up well. The base is the round topped profile as opposed to the flatter squarer type. The chair is swivel/suspension only and does not tilt backwards. Please study the photos as they form part of the description. Additional information- I have noticed that the leather on the front two buttons on the seat squab is worn. This item can't be shipped, the buyer must pick up the item.
