We regret, will NOT treat any of the above variations as defect, as these are natural occurrences. More often than not, damage to external packaging does not affect the internal contents as they are packaged well in order to avoid this. However, should you find any signs of damage to the internal item, this would need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt and detailed photographs taken of any signs of damage as well as of the external packaging to allow us to investigate this in detail.
