The chair is very comfortable and I would say in in good condition. The gas lift works and the leather arm rests also move up and down or in and out.
There are a few marks here and there on the seat but the leather shows no signs of wear or damage to it. The paint on the legs corners has chipped off and this could be repainted by it's new owner if desired. There is also a few small scratches on the frame which holds the fabric for the seat but these are very minor. The chair is also missing it's original padded support which I took out sometime ago and can't seem to find it.
