Stunning solid iron workings under the chair to raise or lower the chair. It swivels 360 degrees round and ricks back and forth. Sadly some of the frame has broken through the fabric on the underneath of the chair (see photos) but doesnt seem to effect the sturdy ness of the seat when you sit on it.
